Join me for a unique herbal tea experience in one of my favorite places - Yosemite. Set amidst the beauty, grandeur, and stillness of Yosemite National Park, this Herbal Tea Ceremony is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and experience the subtle yet powerful wisdom of plants in an outdoor setting.
This is not a traditional tea ceremony, but a guided plant spirit experience that weaves together mindfulness, sensory awareness, self inquiry prompts, education, and intuitive connection alongside ambient music. Participants will be surrounded by Nature, and guided to gently arrive in the present moment through their senses.
Throughout the ceremony, guests are served three distinct herbal infusions, each made from a single plant rather than a blend. This allows for a deeper, more intentional connection— offering the opportunity to experience the unique spirit and energetic qualities of each plant and observe how it interacts with the mind, body, and spirit.
As participants sip, they are guided through reflective prompts and gentle awareness practices, while learning about the medicinal and energetic properties of each plant. The experience encourages presence, curiosity, and inner listening.
Following the ceremony, guests transition into a hands-on tea blending workshop. Drawing from what they have felt, learned, and connected with, participants are invited to create their own personalized herbal blends using a curated selection of organic, caffeine-free plants to enjoy at home.
Guests leave feeling nourished, grounded, and inspired, with a deeper connection to themselves, the plants, and the natural world around them.
Price includes all necessary supplies. No experience is necessary.
Must book by 8pm Fri July 24, 2026 due to tea preparations.
