My dear friend Beau Bowker of Rebel Heart Medicine, whom I met during my breathwork training, has asked me to assist him in leading his Level 1 Breathwork Healer Training. Beau has been a breathwork teacher under our mentor David Elliott’s lineage for five years and has been initiated to certify others in Level 1. I attend Beau’s breathwork classes whenever I can — he is an incredible teacher and a truly beautiful human with a heart of gold.
