Retreat Waiver & Health Acknowledgement

By registering, participants acknowledge and agree to the following :

This retreat includes experiences facilitated by Marguerite Nesteruk, Resonating Earth, and independent collaborator Jeremy Strubel, which may include but are not limited to:

• Herbal tea ceremonies and herbal experiences
• Craft-your-own tea blending activities
• Breathwork
• Meditation, movement, and somatic practices
• Food and beverages
• Indoor and outdoor activities

All offerings are provided for educational, informational, and experiential purposes only.

Health & Medical Notice :
Retreat activities and information are not medical, psychological, or healthcare treatment and are not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or care.
Participants are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, injuries, or health concerns prior to participation, particularly for breathwork, movement, herbal consumption, or dietary considerations.

Health Acknowledgment & Contraindications :
Participants are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare provider prior to attending if they are pregnant, trying to become pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, severe allergies, or are taking any medications.

Breathwork Contraindications :

Participants should consult their medical provider before engaging in breathwork practices if they have, or have a history of

• Cardiovascular disease, angina, heart attack, or high blood pressure
• Glaucoma or retinal detachment
• Osteoporosis
• Recent injury or surgery
• Seizure disorders
• Severe mental health conditions, including psychosis
• History of panic attacks
• Family history of aneurysms
• Any condition requiring regular medication

Participants understand they are responsible for assessing whether participation is appropriate for their individual health circumstances and may pause or discontinue at any time.

Herbal & FDA Notice :
Statements, herbal products, teas, and plant-based ingredients have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Individual responses to herbs may vary. Participants assume responsibility for herbal consumption.

Participation & Assumption of Risk :
Participation is voluntary. Retreat activities may involve physical movement, breathwork, food and beverage consumption, herbal ingredients, and outdoor environments. Participants knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including potential physical, emotional, allergic, or environmental responses. No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.

Food & Allergy Responsibility :
Food and beverages may be provided by an independent facilitator. While reasonable care is taken, ingredients may include common allergens. Participants are solely responsible for disclosing allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions and assume any risks associated with consumption.

Release & Limitation of Liability :
To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants release and hold harmless Marguerite Nesteruk, Resonating Earth, Jeremy Strubel, their owners, facilitators, employees, contractors, venue partners, and representatives from any claims or liabilities arising from participation, including but not limited to those related to:

• Herbal consumption
• Food consumption
• Breathwork participation
• Movement or physical activity
• Environmental factors

General Terms :
Retreat activities, schedule, & facilitators may be subject to reasonable change. Participants are responsible for personal well-being, conduct, and belongings. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
Due to the limited size and nature of this retreat, all registrations are final and non-refundable. Transfers to another date are not available.

Agreement :
By registering, participants confirm they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these Retreat Waiver & Terms and accept full responsibility for their participation.
