Join me and my dear friend Kate of BOM Wellness for a flow filled evening at ‘Sweat’ in Mar Vista. The class will blend the strength and precision of Pilates with the grace and grounding of Yoga. This one hour flow is designed to awaken you body, center your mind, and create space for deeper connection and ease.
I will close the experience with a short and gentle 2-part Pranayama Breathwork practice, inviting participants to soften, release, and come home to your body. The evening will conclude with a soothing Plant Spirit Meditation accompanied with Tea, leaving you calm, restored, and renewed.
