Arts & Healing for Caregivers: A Time to Exhale :: Herbal Tea Ceremony + Tea Blending + Watercolor with Tea

Arts & Healing for Caregivers: A Time to Exhale
Herbal Tea Ceremony + Tea Blending + Watercolor with Tea

Join myself, Sheila Darcey of Sketchpoetic and Jeannine Chanin Penn, Living Canvas Foundation Ambassador for the first Arts & Healing for Caregivers gathering in partnership with the Living Canvas Foundation

A gentle, guided, in-person creative healing experience designed especially for caregivers — the ones who hold everything together, often without a pause…

Through a guided herbal tea ceremony (three organic, caffeine-free teas), plant-connection meditation, and self-inquiry prompts with music, you’ll be invited to slow down, soften stress, and reconnect with yourself and nature. You’ll also blend your own custom tea and explore watercolor painting using tea as the medium.

No experience is necessary. Must book by Sat Feb 14 at 8pm due to tea preparations.

Please consult with your Dr. if you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant, have a severe allergy, are on medications or have a medical condition.
