Join me in New York for a guided Breathwork Journey accompanied by music designed to help you open your heart, reconnect with your body, and release what no longer serves you. Using the 3-part breath, this practice is an active form of meditation that awakens energy, shifts stagnant patterns, and fosters a deeper sense of presence.
The class begins by creating a calm, supportive space, inviting you to settle into your body. As we move into the active breath, the rhythm of the breath grows, energy flows through the body, sensations arise, and emotions may surface. This is a safe container to explore release, clarity, and self-discovery — a chance to move beyond the thinking mind and connect with the intelligence of your body. Breathwork can bring emotional release, insight, and renewed energy. You may notice feelings of lightness, clarity, or openness, as well as a stronger connection to your intuition, creativity, and inner guidance.
At the end of the session, participants are gently guided back into stillness while enjoying an organic herbal tea. This final moment helps you settle into your body, integrate the experience, and ease gently back into your day, carrying the clarity, openness, and renewal cultivated during the practice. By the end of the session, you’ll likely feel more grounded, centered, and present, with a renewed sense of alignment in body, heart, and mind. This practice supports emotional resilience, self-expression, and deeper awareness of yourself and the world around you.
This class is suitable for beginners and experienced breathers alike — anyone seeking emotional release, nervous system reset, increased presence, or a deeper connection with themselves and others. This class may not be suitable if any of the following conditions are diagnosed or suspected: pregnancy; cardiovascular conditions (e.g., heart disease, high or abnormal blood pressure, history of heart attack or stroke, aneurysms); uncontrolled thyroid conditions or diabetes; epilepsy, seizure disorders, or history of seizures; severe asthma or lung conditions; glaucoma or detached retina; osteoporosis or recent surgery or injury; diagnosed severe PTSD, psychosis, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or other unmanaged mental health conditions.
